Making it Last
1. Proper Base
At Kobel Brothers Lawn Care we provide a minimum of 4" of 21aa base rock under all of our concrete.
2. Slope
All flat work that is installed at Kobel Brothers Lawn Care has a minimum slope of 2%. This allows all water to properly drain from any flatwork.
3. Sealer
Concrete sealer is recommended due to its ability to prevent weathering and popping during the harsh Michigan winters.
